Our founder began her career in in-house recruitment for a fast-growing regional technology group before moving into agency search, where she specialised in senior technology and engineering hiring across Malaysia.
Eighteen years later, she leads a small team that has quietly become one of the most trusted senior-hiring partners for founders, CHROs and boards across ASEAN — spanning technology, manufacturing, healthcare, financial services and shared services.
